Collaborative Work Team Charter
CWT - Professional Learning focus.
1. GHS has developed an instructional Framework as part of purposeful approach supporting teachers to reflect on, and improve their practice around the instructional strategy assessment, feedback and data. In particular, it is our teaching plan to purposefully focus on supporting teachers to develop their formative assessment practice through the organisational structure of a Collaborative Work Team (CWT).
Whilst our primary focus will be on improving and embedding our formative assessment practices there will significant overlap with other instructional strategies such as Learning Intentions and Success Criteria.
2. Deliver the annual PDRP process (refer to the PDRP Charter).
The work completed during the CWT’s will focus primarily on developing formative assessment practice and may/ may not be linked to the PDRP goals.
